Our services
We offer a range of different services to help you to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
A digital strategy is a plan for how your organisation uses digital tools, channels, and technologies to achieve its business goals. It connects your business’s aims with the digital resources that you can use to make it happen effectively, efficiently and at scale.
Working with us, you will create digital activities that are bespoke, purposeful, and not reactive. Using a blend of face-to-face workshops and online research, we will help you understand the following:
- Vision and objectives – what you are trying to achieve, for example grow audiences, improve digital services or market events
- Audience and user needs – who you are serving and how your digital experiences can help them
- Digital channels – which channels you will use to reach your audiences, for example website, social media or email marketing
- Digital tools – these are the platforms that you will use, such as content management systems, AI tools or CRM systems
- Content messaging and approach – what you are trying to communicate and how you deliver content through your digital channels
- Processes and governance – describes who does what, how decisions are made and how work is managed
- Measuring success – how you track success and refine the strategy over time
Think of your content framework as a blueprint that guides what content you produce, why you produce it and how it aligns with your organisation’s goals. It’s very much about putting your digital strategy into practice.
Essentially it’s a roadmap that helps you to manage your content throughout its whole lifecycle, and across different channels. Working with you, we will create a content framework that enables us to define:
- Purpose – why you are creating your content, and what strategic goals it will meet
- Audience – who you are creating your content for, what their demographics, needs, pain points and motivations are
- Core messages – what the key ideas are that you want communicate
- Structure or format – what form your content is going to take. For example, is it a blog post, video or socials post?
- Style and tone guidelines – how your organisation expresses itself online. It will include your tone of voice, vocabulary and brand values
- Workflow – who is going to draft, review, approve and publish our content
What is managing digital delivery? It’s about us rolling up our sleeves and working with you to deliver the digital product you want. At the heart of every successful project are people, and we will build strong, collaborative relationships with you and your team to successfully deliver each phase of your project.
Digital projects can be complex, often involving a wide range of specialists such as UX designers, developers, and data scientists. If that sounds daunting, don’t worry, that’s where we come in. We’ll work closely with everyone, regardless of whether you have resources inhouse or bring in 3rd parties, to ensure nothing gets overlooked.
By bringing together technical expertise, and skilled, flexible project management, we ensure that everyone involved speaks the same language. Clear, consistent communication is central to our approach. We keep you informed at every stage, so you remain confident, up-to-date, and in control throughout the whole process.
Our experience has allowed us to develop a tried-and-tested approach to managing and delivering digital products. This structured yet flexible process guides you seamlessly from early discovery through to launch and beyond:
- Understanding – in this initial phase, we get to know your organisation, strategy and your aspirations. We then turn these into a set of technical requirements
- Planning – informed by the requirements, we use personas to develop a series of user journeys, which inform a high-level vision
- Design – we then produce wireframes and designs, which are cross-referenced with your requirement and tested by users
- Build – this is very much an iterative stage, where we build, test and refine until we are satisfied that we are ready to go-live
We know that defining requirements is a critical phase in any digital project. If you get these ‘foundations’ right, then building your product will be a much smoother process.
When defining requirements, we work with you to establish clear statements that describe what your digital product must do, be or achieve in order for it to be successful. To do this, we translate your needs and project goals into specific, testable expectations that guide the whole process, from design through to delivery.
We can help you write:
- Mission documents that outline your vision and ambition and which your senior stakeholders can buy into
- Functional requirements
- Non-functional requirements
- User requirements
- Technical requirements
Digital projects can be complex, but we’re here to support you every step of the way. With our help, you’ll be able to turn your idea into a reality.
To develop a successful digital product, you will need to involve lots of different people, whether that’s UX designers, developers or data scientists. If that sounds a little bit daunting, don’t worry, that’s where we come in. We’ll work closely with you and these specialists, regardless of whether you have them in house or bring in 3rd party resources, to ensure that nothing gets overlooked or lost in translation.
As a result of our considerable experience, we’ve honed our own unique approach to developing digital products. This tried-and-tested process enables us to guide you seamlessly through a series of stages, from understanding your aims, to a successful go-live and beyond:
- Understanding – in this initial phase, we get to know your organisation, strategy and your aspirations. We then turn these into a set of technical requirements
- Planning – informed by the requirements, we use personas to develop a series of user journeys, which inform a high-level vision
- Design – we then produce wireframes and designs, which are cross-referenced with your requirement and tested by users
- Build – this is very much an iterative stage, where we build, test and refine until we are satisfied that we are ready to go-live
