Results

A focus on Entec people

Introduced Entec Si’s services using change consultants within the team. This people-first approach enables users to ‘meet’ consultants and at the same time learn more about the different services and sectors they work in.

New digital experience

Widened Entec Si’s online offer to showcase their expertise and strengths with the introduction of knowledge hub articles and impact-led case studies, alongside a fresh, contemporary design.

Improved engagement

In comparison with their previous site, positive Google Analytics metrics include a 123% increase in views, 736% increase in users and 662% increase in sessions which highlight the impact this site has had in its first six months.

Objectives

As partners of Entec Si, we work closely with the team to deliver change projects and digital strategies for a range of clients.

Since 2016 we have worked with them to establish and grow their digital presence, and have supported their ongoing content production for the website and social media. So we were thrilled to be asked to work with them earlier this year to develop their new website and help position it for the company they had become.

Creating a digital experience that enables Entec Si to stand out from the crowd. We wanted to achieve this by demonstrating the uniqueness of the organisation and the person-first values that set them apart from other change consultancies.

Humanising the Entec Si offer. Central to the success of the business is their consultants. Subsequently we aimed to celebrate this talented and diverse team and use them to promote their offer. This would align with Entec Si’s wider digital presence, which is focuses on celebrating their people.

Demonstrating Entec Si’s expertise. It was critical that we focused on the skills within the organisation and their expertise as change consultants within their sectors. Positioning them as leading voices within their field was an important factor.

Solutions

During early discussions it became clear that this wasn’t going to be just another consultancy website that lists services and expected users to dissect for themselves what the organisation is all about.

The conversation soon focused on how we could put Entec’s people front and centre and use their voices to explain what the business is all about. By placing their personalities, profiles and interests at the forefront we use them as entry points to tell new and potential clients about Entec Si.

User journey development, site design and technical build

Our activities included running personna workshops, writing website briefs, collaborating and managing the build with technical agency,  18a Productions.

Visual identity

We collaborated with graphic designer Lisa Barratt to develop a new brand identity to be used across all online and offline channels. This included a range of specially designed graphics to be used accross different social campaigns. We coordinated shoots with photographer Thom Bartley, who produced a new bank of assets to be used across the site and socials.

Search engine optimisation

Using a combination of competitor analysis, Google Search Console research and internal intelligence, we developed an SEO strategy for the site. This enabled us to optimise each page using on-page SEO. Ongoing analysis of data from Google Analytics, Search Console and Moz informs adjustments to the site’s SEO.

Content audit and migration

Working with Entec Si, we audited all news and case study content on their existing site and used a scoring system to assess which would be used on the new site. We then supported them to migrate this content.

Content refresh

To deliver the site’s people-first approach, we coordinated the development and content production for each of their consultants. This included profiles that featured their skills, knowledge and experience, alongside some fun quirky Top Trumps, such as their favourite biscuit and number of hot drinks consumed each day.

Video production

Working with video production specialists Optical Jukebox, we managed the development of several promotional clips that highlight key topics such as what it’s like to work at Entec Si and professional and personal development. These are featured on the website and social media.

A truly collaborative effort, this project was lots of fun to work on and something we’re very much enjoyed.

It doesn’t stop there, we continue to work with the team to produce content, grow the SEO strategy, monitor impact through analysis of GA4 data and evolve the site.
