Objectives

Graven Hill is the UK’s most ambitious self-build and custom-build housing project. Working alongside Entec Si, we were asked to support the development of a new digital presence that would promote the project, support plot sales and remain responsive to prospective customers.

The brief included the creation of a new website alongside the development of an active and engaging social media presence, both of which needed to reflect the unique nature of the Graven Hill project and appeal to a growing community of potential homebuilders.

Solutions

We completed a number of key elements in order to successfully deliver this project.

Defining requirements

Working in partnership with Entec Si, we first worked closely with the Graven Hill team to define clear requirements for the new website.

Managing development

Once these were established, we helped identify and appoint the right delivery partner to bring the site to life. Throughout the build, we managed the wireframing and design process, ensuring the final solution remained aligned with Graven Hill’s objectives.

Social media strategy

Alongside the website build, we developed and delivered a structured social media strategy. This included agreeing clear themes, creating original content and implementing weekly and monthly content schedules that could be easily maintained by the Graven Hill team.

Content development

To strengthen the visual identity of the project, we worked on site to capture photography that reflected the scale, energy and ambition of Graven Hill. This content was used across the website and social media channels, helping to build an engaging and authentic voice that resonated with potential buyers and suppliers.
